So… this is the final farewell post from this blog.
I have now moved to Blogger, a free blog site, where I will be sharing photos and updates of my garden, a garden diary, of sorts.
I love to be able to go back and say…. ‘oh yeah, that was the year that we did not get summer weather until mid-July’ or ‘oh yeah, that was the year that my onions were maggoty, my tomatoes were late, nut I had the most amazing peppers and cucumbers… ‘
Whatever happens in the garden each year, I want to be able to keep track of it. How things grew, what the weather was like, what thrived, what did not, what changed in the yard (or life in general), etc…
I will also continue sharing inspirational posts from other bloggers. Maybe not on a Sunday, maybe only once or twice a month, but I love these posts so that I can go back and look at recipes that caught my eye, life and garden inspirational ideas. Whatever catches my eye, things I want to remember to try or implement.
So…the new blog is called The Marigold Potager Diaries. A journal/diary. While I will still be sharing tips, it will not be the same kind of mentoring page as I have always done in the past (though you can, of course, always hire me to mentor you with your garden : )
I’m still settling in to the new blog. Writing a bit here and a bit there, trying to remember how it all works ; )
Hope to see you there! Best wishes with your gardens, your health, your happiness. I sure have enjoyed chatting with you these past years ~ Tanja
