Workshop List Is Up

The workshop list for spring 2025 is up. There will be additions, feel free to let me know if there is something that you want me to add : )

A watering can beside two trays of sprouting seedlings labeled with plant names, on a textured mat, with a basket of plants in the background.

This weekend is the last chance to sow some seeds, take the seed starting 101 workshop and go home with tomatoes (of your own choosing), plus a luffa gourd.

We will also go over how to take cuttings.

Learn how to start loads of plants from seed or cuttings – (almost) free plants!

A vibrant vegetable garden with lush green plants, including leafy greens, carrots, and flowers, growing in raised wooden beds.

Garden Academy (aka Gardening 101)

  • Each week, we learn something new.
  • What to plant, when, and how.
  • What to direct sow, what from plants.
  • How to water, when to water, how to save on water.
  • Organic pest and disease control.
  • Cool season crops vs warm season crops.
  • Spacing…..

And more. All the things. Bring a friend, grab a coffee, we will putter through the garden and learn everything hands on.

Must be 12 years old to sign up. Perfect for home schoolers who want to learn how to grow food organically.
